Our in-depth process includes strategic sourcing from our robust database, Linked-In, multiple job boards, client referrals and taking the time to specifically identify your long-term needs. We are licensed and doing business in 10 states and expanding.
Once we’ve identified the right fit, we conduct an initial phone interview, followed by an in-person or Skype interview, depending on where the candidate is located. Our interviewing style is behavioral based and we review their entire job history, salary history/requirements, short-term and long-term career goals. We require all interested candidates to fill out our application prior to interviewing and request three professional references along with any letters of recommendation.
Once we have interviewed and verified references, we will move forward with submitting them to you for review. Our submittal process includes their salary requirements, an executive summary, references and resume. When you identify that our candidate is the right fit, we will move forward with a national background check and ten panel drug screen.
