Sales and Recruiting Executive

We are looking for energetic, upbeat, and motivated Sales and Recruiting professional to join our fast-paced and growing National team. We are looking for individuals driven by goals, with a high regard for detail, excellent listening and negotiating skills and we are willing to train someone with no experience.

We are looking for candidates with the following skill-set or transferable skills:

  • – Interviewing 20 plus candidates per week with the ability to multitask
  • – Sourcing and selecting top candidates on different various job boards.
  • – Ability to create custom job descriptions and post to various job boards.
  • – Excellent communication skills with responsibilities of negotiating salary ranges for contract, contract-hire and direct hire placement terms
  • – Strong reading and writing skills required and looking for someone that types a minimum of
  • – 50 WPM (Applicants will be tested)
  • – Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • – Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Experience:

  • – Interviewing: 1 year (Preferred)
  • – Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
  • – Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

Account Executive

  • – Interviewing 15 plus client meetings per week with the ability to multitask
  • – Cold calling 20 new clients per day.
  • – Managing upwards of 50 accounts
  • – Sourcing and selecting top candidates on different various job boards.
  • – Ability to create custom job descriptions and post to various job boards.
  • – Excellent communication skills with responsibilities of negotiating salary ranges for contract, contract-hire and direct hire placement terms
  • – Strong reading and writing skills required and looking for someone that types a minimum of
  • – 50 WPM (Applicants will be tested)
